Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You are in full control of your Gelato Mercato subscription. You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please ensure cancellations are made at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup date.

2. Perishable Goods Policy

Due to the artisanal and perishable nature of our gelato, we cannot accept returns once the product has left our shop. This ensures the highest safety and quality standards for all our neighbors.

3. Missed Pickups

If you are unable to pick up your subscription during our designated business hours, please contact us at (512) 522-5590. While we cannot offer refunds for missed pickups due to the nature of frozen goods, we will do our best to hold your batch for 24 hours if notified in advance.

4. Quality Guarantee

If there is an error with your order or a documented quality issue at the time of pickup, please notify Oxana immediately. We will provide a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
