Key Terms of Service Components:
  • Subscription Details: Subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel at anytime.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • You cancel up to 48 hours before fulfillment for a full refund. 
    • To Cancel Sign In: Log in to your customer account on our store.
    • Go to Subscriptions: Click on the "Subscriptions" tab in your account dashboard.
    • Manage Subscription: Select the specific subscription you wish to cancel.
    • Cancel: Click "Cancel subscription" under the Overview section.
    • Confirm: Confirm the cancellation in the dialogue box.
    • Verification: Ensure you receive a "Subscription canceled" banner/email.
  • Perishable Goods Policy: If you are not happy with the product, we will be happy to give you your next month free or refund your money.
  • Billing & Payments: We reserve the right to change the price of subscriptions at any time.
  • Shipping & Delivery: Subscriptions are for pickup or shipped. There is an additional fee for shipping. Pickup time and place will be provided when the product is ready for pickup. Pickup will be in the Austin, TX area.
  • Usage Restrictions: Memberships are for personal use, non-transferable, and not for resale.
  • Limitation of Liability: While we do our best to produce the best product possible, we are not responsible for problems with the product after you take possession of it. We provide clear ingredients for each product and are not responsible for any issues resulting from allergies.Â
