From the slopes of Mount Etna, we bring you the richness and unique sweetness of pistachios that Sicilians call Green Gold (Oro Verde) from the rolling hills around the charming town of Bronte Sicily. They have had more than a thousand years to perfect the process and in order to protect the health of their precious trees and soil, they only harvest the pistachios once every two years. The recipe is simplicity itself, but the result is divine.

Each artisanal batch is hand-packed into a 1-pint container (16 fl oz), yielding approximately 3–4 rich, dense Italian-style servings.
